Project overview
The Saudi British Bank (SABB) Tower in Riyadh required a robust, high-quality water treatment and drinking water solution for its 40-floor corporate headquarters. Sovereign Water was selected to supply, install and maintain 33 CrownFlow drinking dispensers and 33 WTS-B water systems, each combining pre-filtration with Imperial Reverse Osmosis.
Scope of work
Our team worked closely with the SABB project manager and the Jeraisy fit-out contractors to deliver a solution that met the bank's standards for quality, performance and reliability. The project began with a comprehensive water quality analysis, sampling inlet water from all 40 floors. The assessment surfaced a key challenge: the kitchen areas where units were to be installed had no drainage facilities. We solved it by integrating drainage tanks with Bluetooth-enabled alarms into the CrownFlow systems.
Ongoing support
Sovereign Water continues to support the SABB Tower under a comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract: bi-annual maintenance visits, system disinfection and the provision of spare parts. That aftercare keeps every system performing with minimal downtime, giving the bank uninterrupted operations and peace of mind.
