Quotes, orders and pricing
- We do not take payment through this website. Systems and services are arranged through our team: you send an enquiry, we confirm specification, pricing, delivery and installation with you directly.
- Prices shown on the site, including calculator outputs, are indicative from-rates in Kuwaiti Dinar and are confirmed in your written quotation.
- A quotation becomes a binding order only when you accept it and we confirm it.
Product information
Product specifications, capacities and performance figures are based on manufacturer data and our engineering experience. Actual performance depends on your water quality and usage, which is why we survey and test before specifying. Images are illustrative.
Warranty and servicing
Systems we supply carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty from installation unless your quotation states otherwise. Warranty cover depends on the system being serviced and maintained as recommended, which our Comprehensive Maintenance plans handle for you.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and our total liability in relation to any supply is limited to the value of that supply as set out in your quotation and contract.
Intellectual property
The Sovereign Water name, crown mark and the content of this site belong to us or our licensors. Third-party brand names shown (including BRITA, Everpure, Pentair, Manitowoc and Zip) belong to their respective owners and are shown to describe the genuine products we supply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts.
